Graduated License Eligibility
		STEP 1 OF 2   VALIDATE ELIGIBILITY

		This site is to be used by teen drivers in the Graduated Licensing program to check on their date of eligibility for taking the driving test or to receive the full license. Enter the information below exactly as it appears on your Kentucky permit. See the Graduated Driver Licensing page for more details about the process. Those permit drivers found ineligible will not be able to proceed to the Intermediate License phase; those Intermediate License drivers found ineligible will not be able to proceed to the full Driver License phase.
		If found eligible, you must print the form that appears and take it to your Kentucky State Police License Examiner.
		Enter the first and last names as they appear on the permit in the boxes provided. Example: James O'Neil Jr would appear with James as the first name and O'Neil Jr as the last name.
		First Name:		First name is required.
		Last Name:		Last name is required.Enter a valid last name.
		Driver's License Number:		Driver's license number is required.Enter a valid driver's license number.
		Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY):		Date of birth is required.Enter a valid date (MM/DD/YYYY).
